Requirements

Hansen's TEC-BASE 2 requires FileMaker Pro to run. You'll need different versions of FM Pro depending on how you intend to you use TEC-BASE. The same version of TEC-BASE will work on any of the following versions of FileMaker Pro.

Single user, no Web features

One copy of FileMaker Pro version 5, 5.5, or 6

Multiple users, no Web features

One copy of FileMaker Pro (versions 5, 5.5, or 6) for each user

Multiple users and Web features

FileMaker Pro Unlimited (versions 5, 5.5, or 6) for Web users and a copy of FileMaker Pro for other users. It is likely that only a few people will use TEC-BASE through the FileMaker Pro interface. Most users (technicians, users, etc.) will use the Web interface.

Notes

Hansen's TEC-BASE 2 has not been converted to work on FileMaker Pro 7.

I have not updated TEC-BASE to be served by FileMaker Pro Advanced Server 7.

Hansen's TEC-BASE 2 should work served from FileMaker Server (versions 5, 5.5 or 6), but I have not done so.

Hansen's TEC-BASE 2 should work the same on both Mac and Windows versions of the above FileMaker products, but please confirm this on your system with the demo version before purchasing.

Although I do not expect you'll have any troubles, I do recommend trying the demo version on your server prior to ordering. I do not sell FileMaker products.
