Support
I will provide as much email support as I can to users
of Hansen's TEC-BASE, but I am a full time K-12 technology director
and in most situations will not be able to provide phone support.
There is no one method of implementing TEC-BASE; each
school or business environment has its own unique characteristics,
opportunities, and restrictions. I believe the best support will
come from sharing ideas and strategies with other users. Thus, I
will be setting up a mailing list or discussion forum on this Website
for users to share strategies and questions, and I plan to be an
active member of these ongoing discussions.
